In addition to showing you what to expect at your interview, we’ll go through ways to answer questions as well as give you general interview advice to make sure you leave your interviewers wanting more.

4) Direct Company Referrals: After giving you all the skills you need to stand out to prospective employers, we put your skills to the test by directly recommending you to companies looking for top hiring prospects. If we think your skills meet the requirements and corporate values of a specific company, we’ll provide your information directly to the hiring manager! In our attempt to ensure your businesses continues to succeed, we will provide you with the following services:

1) Top Prospect Identification: When your company identifies a student/ new graduate position that must be filled, our team will take the role qualifications and requirements for the position and match your needs to our database of prospects to identify which candidates would be a good fit for you. Our matching process is the most holistic candidate linking method currently available as we not only match students based on their “on-paper” skills, but their personality traits as well. We have hundreds of the most reputable candidates across a large list of degree streams in our records and we’re ready to provide your team with the best fit possible!

2) Pre-screening your candidates: Once we have a list of candidates that match your qualifications, we go through an extensive pre-screening process in which we invite up to 50 candidates to go through an individual, in-person “pre-interview” process. At this stage, we give as many candidates as possible the opportunity to stand out knowing fully well that most companies do not have the time or capacity to evaluate this many potential prospects. This is a great way to give as many candidates as possible the chance to prove why they deserve to work for you while making sure we find you the most well-rounded candidates in the nation!

3) Candidate Proposal: After pre-screening a high volume of applicants on your behalf, our team goes through an extensive evaluation process (that has been proven though market research to judge a students behavioural and performance based skills) to provide you with a list of the top 5, 10 or 15 candidates that are truly exceptional in their own regard and worth a secondary interview by your team of experts.
